The Asia Region Anti-Trafficking Conference exists to develop multi-sector learning and partnerships to improve our responses to the issues of human trafficking and slavery in Asia.
Since 2017, we’ve gathered businesses, NGOs, governments, academia, and more to discuss trends and changes, learn best practices from each other, and identify key industries and contexts for collaborative action.
The conference has grown from an in-person conference of 100 to our largest ARAT ever in 2025 with 300 attendees in-person and 450 online.
ARAT is a project of the Global Learning Community, a community of over 340 members from 60 countries working to foster a comprehensive, connected, and competent anti-trafficking movement. Each year, the conference is created and hosted by a team of 10 GLC members who make up our planning committee.
